One large bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room is $350 a month. Heat and internet are included in the price. Hot water and electricity are not included but I have been paying $30 a month for them. The apartment stays nice and warm through the winter. The bedroom has nice large bay windows facing the river. Furnished. Wood floors. Apartment is located on First St. within walking distance of Russell Sage College and very close to RPI. Apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom and a small dog that stays in the other bedroom. Small dogs and cats are ok. The lease is available from now until May 2010.
