This 1 br apartment will be available on Dec.1 for sub lease in the Heritage Village Apartment complex, Guilderland. You can rent it for one month and have option to stay longer if needed. Plenty of parking, Cam & quiet area, a on-site laundry, a fitness room, and a storage locker. It is very close to 20 mall and a 20 minutes to downtown. Pets are not allowed. This is a 1st floor apartment. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. I will pay utilities (electricity) also during the sub lease period.
