Beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom - $930 including heat, hot water and cooking gas. Spacious and bright living room, large kitchen, large bedroom and huge bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Five large/walk-in closets in apartment and a lockable storage unit in the basement. Laundry facilities, cabinet and sink in basement as well as bike racks. Lots of windows that come with blinds. Hardwood floors throughout. Very professional, quiet and well maintained building directly across from the pon in Washington Park. Maintenance man is very readily available for any issues that may arise, although I have only had one in 1.5 years. Absolutely beautiful and spacious apartment. Can't beat this for the winter months with heat included! Tons of storage. I've been there over a yet and have yet to fill up the kitchen cabinets or the closets. Move in dates are very flexible and lease runs through August 1st - must discuss directly with landlord for definite lease ending date, but he would prefer August.
