Database/Record Hygiene. The LPM is responsible for continually updating and cleaning the company��s CRM database, specifically through the systematic merging of duplicate accounts and contacts, elimination of clear and obvious ��dead�� or ��junk�� accounts, updating of existing information as identified, and appending new information.

Reporting. The LPM will maintain an accurate tally of all activities noted above and prepare a monthly report that provides key metrics that will be tracked over time in order to evaluate overall program effectiveness.
