Ok so this is the deal. I'm a 24/f with a lot of clothes and a bed. I'm pretty simple. I work a lot and that's that. I don't want to live alone anymore and am looking to move into an already established situation. I prefer living with an older guy that might be be gay. But really anybody cool and copacetic would work. I don't do drugs. I do smoke some pot but I just can't see how something so natural is a drug! Anyway. I want to move in dec 1st. Now with the rent. I would like everything included. I just would rather deal with one bill than all the damn utilities. Just too many bills to keep track and what dates u pay and blah blah. I also am not trying to let u live for free. I have noticed that people are asking others to pay 500 for a room...unless its a gorgeous apartment than its not worth 1000! So u see they are being unfair and unjust and all those assholes out there who are trying to get rent paid for by lying....well cheers to ur horrible kharma! Anyway. I would like an honest. Clean. Nice. Down to earth...truely drama free roommate. I would like to pay 350 to 425 with all utilities included. Please let me know!
