Light maintenance (light replacement, gfi replacement, valve, lock, replacement light plastering etc). you will need to negotiate a price with him depending on the number of properties that you need him to manage
He shows apartment for rent obtain the application forms from the prospective tenants
He goes to court to represent you after the 3 day notices is served by ideal legal services
he gets the apartment ready for the new tenant, takes pictures, gets the tenant to sign pictures of the condition of the apartment when renting it to the new tenant
obtains the rental certificate for the units
all this is a valua added for having a local conciencious manager near your property
he performs light cleaning of the common spaces
