It is very convienent, and very easy to get to the northway, by exit 13 or exit 12 the apartment is basically in between the two.
There are grocery stores close by, along with gas stations, and restaurants, so no need to travel for those.
There is plenty of parking so no need to worry about that.
Unfortunately there is no laundry on the premise, yet the laundry mat is right across the street. So it is not a big deal.
The rooms in the apartment itself are a good size.
The living room is fairly big and I don't have much furniture so if you do, the more the better! :)

About the apartment:

Heat and hot water are included in the rent, which is $375 a month per person. Roommate would be responsible for signing a month-to-month lease, although I would prefer someone who could stay at least six months. We prefer, but are not limited to having a female roomate because we have 2 medium-sized dogs (non-shed, hypollergenic), who have issues with tall/husky men with dominant attitudes.
