Hi! Looking for a third person for a three-bedroom apartment in the Pine Hills neighborhood. (between New Scotland Ave, Madison, & Main St.) We’re looking for a roommate who is a reliable, mature, grad student or professional, drug free, uses alcohol moderately to not at all, and is looking for a relatively quiet but homey place to relax and enjoy.
The individual rent is $300, not including utilities. (Electric, gas, and currently high-speed internet and soon cable.) It is on the second floor of a two family house in a pretty quiet part of town. There is a washer dryer and an enclosed, but unfinished, porch with great lighting for plants/window gardens.
The lease starts on August 1st and goes until August 1, 2009. Off street parking is generally only available under special circumstances, though there is plenty of on-street parking and alternate side parking occurs only once per week.
