Hello-
I am currently trying to find someone to rent out the bedroom in my 1 bedroom apartment. It is a unique apartment.. the living room is a good size, so I will be turning that into my bedroom as well as the living room (which you will be welcome to hang out in when I'm not sleeping!). The bedroom will be all yours - its a good size room with a closet, and there is a shared kitchen and bathroom. This is a second floor apartment with a 3rd floor - I'm working on getting the heat fixed up there, at which point there is a good size room up there to either be a bedroom (so you'd have your choice of two) or a living area. This is a great apartment in the Pine Hills area... close enough to everything, yet quiet. Rent includes all utilities (including internet and cable).
Now about me... I am a 26 year old female who works a lot (60-70 hours a week) so I'm hardly ever home. I drink socially (however not too often), no smoking, and no pets. I'm pretty easy to get along with and look forward to hearing from you - please let me know if you have any questions.
