I am looking to rent a room in my 3 bedroom home, located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Near St. Peters and Albany Med, walking distance to bus routes. Parking available. Rent includes utilities (internet, heat, hotwater, electricity). I am a single, conservative female looking to share my house with a very clean, nice, quiet, and respectful female. This would be an ideal situation for someone who wants a lot of peace and quiet for work or study.

Although the bedrooms (there are 3) are not large, the rooms are fully furnished, living room, kitchen and den with a cozy fireplace, laundry on premise, one bathroom and the bedroom has a queen size bed. I have never shared my home before and thus would ask for a month-to-month lease for the first three months as a trial period and then would be open to a longer-term lease. Security deposit and 1st month rent required at signing. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
