I have a 2 bedroom townhouse that is very cozy. It has a living room, dining, kitchen, full basement with laundry and 1.5 baths. The room is 10'5" X 15'8". There is currently a full size bed in the room that can be removed if needed. The house is located about 2-3 miles off exit 8, close to small shopping plaza with drug store, gym, dry cleaner and more.
