My roommate and I are looking for a another young person to share our 3 bedroom home. We'd prefer a guy because we don't want to deal with the mess and drama of another girl, but all are welcome to inquire as long as you can pay the rent. Rent is $367 a month plus utilities and basic cable and internet. We have lived here since June and so far utilities/cable/internet have not been more than $50 a person.
Our home has:
- hardwood floors and some carpeting
- decent sized closets and storage areas
-gas heat
-furnished living room and kitchen
-unfurnished dining room
-large bathroom with shower stall
- front and back porches
-bay windows
-basement access with washer/dryer kindly provided by our landlord
-on street parking, but it is rarely difficult to find a spot close to the house
This is a non-smoking home. Also, no loud parties. Heavy drinking is done away from our home because it is not a party house.
Pets are welcome as long as they are spayed or neutered. Dogs require extra security deposit. We already have a one year old indoor cat who is very friendly and gets along well with other animals. Applicants must love animals.
