I'm looking to sublet my room in my apartment in Clifton Park starting December 1st or 15th. Rent is $490 and utilities are about $60-70 a month. I have a roommate who is very quiet and works odd hours (1am-9am Sunday-Thursday - she's a producer at a TV station) so you'll essentially have the apartment to yourself. There's laundry in the building, a couch and living room area and well-stocked kitchen. Very clean and quiet. The room is a fair size with two closets. I currently have a queen-sized bed set and it fits well.The room looks out over a cute pond and there are tennis courts and a swimming pool as well as a fitness center.
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease through February with the option of re-signing for a year lease at that point. The deposit is $490.
