looking for roommate to share two bedroom flat on Second Ave. in Albany. The flat is in good condition with two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bath. I am an older man, educated and funny, who works from home as a writer. I am looking for a roommate only - no relationships, drama, crazy family members, drinking, drugs or parties! The apartment share is for one person only - no extra partners, kids, etc. I smoke cigarettes, and have one cat. This is a month to month rental; no security required, but must have two strong references! This would be a good place for someone who works a lot and just needs a place to hang their hat, and find peace and quiet. It is also right on the busline.
