I am a professional female looking for a roommate to fill my extra bedroom in my apartment (roommate is moving out). The rent in total is $1000 including all utlities, your portion will be $500. Normally, cable runs approx $60 a person (not included in the $500). The apartment is a beautiful apartment with hardwood floors on the second floor of a Brownstone.
