We need 1 roommate for the Spring semester 2010. The lease would be from January 1st to May 29th. It's a four bedroom apartment in the Pine Hills College Neighborhood. The house is well kept inside and has a driveway. The whole house is clean and already furnished. The landlords are really nice and they are responsible. They take out the garbage for you each week, clean the yard, shovel, and plow. Its $350 a month and it includes internet service and Cable. The roommates are very respectful and layed back. They know when to have fun and know when to be responsible. I'm also giving away a full sized bed and brand new shelves with the room.
