I have a room available in my two-bedroom apartment on Lark Street. Rent is $450 which includes heat. The bedroom has lots of closet space with built in drawers and a skylight. Neat 50s style kitchen and hardwood floors in spacious living room. I am looking for a queer friendly roommate that is quiet, clean and respectful. I enjoy having dinner parties and movie nights but nothing too crazy. Cats are a possibility. Move in requires first month and security. Room available now, although would consider 12/1.
