My name is Bill. I'm 20 years old and I need a roomate. I live on North College St, it's nice, no problems there. I ask for $450, that covers rent, utilities, cable and internet. Cable and internet are optional, if your not a big T.V. person, we can turn it off and I'll just pay for the internet (or split it with you if you want to use it to.)
Smoking is cool outdoors, that's what I do, but definitely not 420 friendly indoors. There is a small parking lot right across from the apartment, which is a nice feature, it's good to have your car out of the street when it's winter.
The one catch is that your room isn't the biggest in the world. You have a big eat-in kitchen (fully equipped,) a large furnished family room, and a nice deck to enjoy, but your sleeping quarters are kind of small (you have a huge closet though, thumbs up!!)
