Job Description:
The Customer Servcie position’s primary function is to assure timely and accurate fulfillment of the “customer’s” purchase and service requirements to the mutual benefit of the customer and company.
This position has significant growth and compensation potential for someone willing to work hard and invest time in learning.
Job Responsibilities:
Inside Sales responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
· Generate orders for both call-in and walk-in customers
· Maintain new customers through – word of mouth, internet sites and services
· Maintain professional, business based relationships with customers
· Stay abreast of new products and applications, and communicate these to customers
· Interface with Inventory Control to assure proper and accurate inventory
Job Requirements:
The preferred candidate will have and A.S. in a Construction, Building or Municipal Services, a B.S. in Business or similar degree of study.
Be highly motivated, self-assured, goal oriented, capable of multi-tasking and possess basic computer skills.
