Beautiful Royal Dutchess Needs New Home (Amsterdam)

image 1image 2image 3image 4
Dutchess is a stunning 3 year old bunny. I got her when she was a year old and I love her more than anything. Unfortunately I received a great job offer on the other side of the country. Rabbits do not do well traveling and I am afraid the trip will cause too much stress. I really don't want to re home her, but it is what's best for her.
She is a very sweet girl once she gets to know you. She, like most rabbits, is territorial of her cage, so you can't reach your hand in the cage or she will lunge and growl. She has never bitten anyone, the growling is just her way of saying this is my house, please stay out.
She loves to be held and have her head scratched. She also loves being brushed but when you clip her nails you have to wrap her in a towel and put her on her back (I think all animals hate their nails clipped).
With the right love and attention she will be an amazing pet.
She would do best with older children (younger children may be too hyperactive around her and cause her stress).
I ask that you come meet her and spend some time with her before you take her home, just to be 100% sure she's the right girl for your family.
There is a $50 re homing fee. This covers her cage, food, hay, toys, and water bottle she comes with.
