Hello! I am a young professional woman, 25, who has been working on the other side of the country for the past 6 months. In my profession's off-season, I'm looking for a nice, cozy, cheap place to live in Albany, downtown preferred. Ultimately, utilities should be included: I'm a gypsy, and it's hard to put things in my name, and I would IDEALLY like to pay a flat fee each month.

NOT OPPOSED to roommates, I'm RESPECTFUL, neat, hospitable, friendly, sincere, and a pretty good cook (my friends never complain!). Hey I moved back in with the parents after getting out of school and I need to get out! I work full time now and I am looking to get a nice place where things are going on. I'm thinking Albany would be good. I work in Schenectady so the commute wouldn't be too bad.

Pot doesn�t bother me but my job does random urine/hair/blood tests, so I can�t partake, and would rather it be kept in your room if you do smoke. I don�t have any pets at the moment but want to adopt from a rescue/SPCA soon after moving in.

You: Male or female, straight or gay, black or white....doesn�t matter. Be mature about money and have the ability to pay your part of the bills on time and in full. Willing to sign a contract with me stating we split the expenses in half. Be clean and courteous with our common areas (ie: bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc.,) and be able to talk through any issues we might run into, instead of going apeshit and damaging our place. No issues with cops, dealers, ex-GF/BF coming into the place and causing drama.

Future crib: Start looking for a great place ASAP. A 2-3 bedroom apartment/house in the Albany area. Rent, Utilities, Time Warner All The Best package not coming out to more than $550-$650/person per month. Good neighborhood or a good security system a must.

I am posting this for a co-worker of mine who has recently been told he needs to vacate his apartment by the end of the month. He is a very talented artist and requires a large amount of space due to all his supplies as well as finished pieces. Currently he is in a 3 bedroom and living there without any roomates.
