The Albany county and beyond parents of special needs meetup
Welcome anyone who has a child with special needs of any kind and wants to gain new friends and supporters. We all need to surround ourselves with people that have similar issues and can give us feedback on how to make life alittle easier on us and our children and in the long run you may develop some close friendships for yourself and your child. Our meet ups are going to be fun. Its great to get out and meet some new faces and get the children to interact with eachother. We will expand the meetings to areas which best fit our group so that we will have meetings in your town and you will be able to participate without a long ride. Any feedback is greatley appreciated and needed for a sucessful group. I want everyone to be comfortable with everything that is happening and if you are not please feel free to contact me and we can make some changes. So if anyone is interested in meeting other local Parents of Children with Special Needs, Physical, developemental,social/emotionial needs regardless of diagnosis,and to gather for support, advice, and companionship, or to just meet others that understand what we are going through, THIS IS THE GROUP FOR YOU!!! WELCOME!


Summer fun meetup

Hope you can all come! I'm going to be bringing water balloons, bubbles & other fun things to do for the kids at the park. Some people will be bringing their own food, but if you would not like to, there is a place that you can buy food such as hot dogs,fries, hamburgers, drinks and ice cream and I am sure other items as well.
