So, why did am I selling it you ask? Very simply - I needed to replace my central a/c which is a 2-stage unit and would only work as a 2-stage unit with a 2-stage furnace. Also, I would not receive the government rebate without the 2-stage furnace working in conjunction with the a/c. Hence the difficult decision was made to replace a furnace that was working fine.

I also have a large box of filters that I paid over $50 - you may purchase those (only used 2) for another $30.

I had the blower replaced with a good used one about 7 years ago (blower always worked since). Had it out of use over a year. NIMO started it again last month. I don't remember the BTUs, guess at approx 75,000. It but easily heats 2nd flat, approx 900 -1000 SF.
Asking $150 or best offer (no emails ).

Prefer cash, consider some trades (plus or minus cash) ... for example: working outboard motors , outboard service, general service on an aluminum boat (carpentry , painting, etc.), or trailer tires.
Furnace should be available in a few days ... you remove (pretty straight forward, rear stairs exterior to apartments).

Selling a 1979 Kubota L210p farm tractor. it is in excellent condition. We are the second owner, and it came with the house we bought back in 1989. all services religiously done, and it is in PERFECT running and operating condition.
All standard L210p parts on it with a PTO and Woods Mower deck Attachments. There is a woods mower deck, but it has a broken spindle($200)...if you want it, you can take it with the tractor.

-Left and Right rear wheel brakes

There is a small tear in the back of the seat, and the ignition key is a little loose in the key cylinder. other than that, it is awesome. No longer needed with house. rear tires have a few small cracks, but are in great shape and hold air.

Eletronic control module for 2001 Grand AM with 3.4 motor. Fits other models. 57,000 miles. Mounts under the spark plug pack on the valve cover. Car wouldnt start one day, dealer installed ECM and said it was bad. Later found out, that it was not the problem. Dealer wouldnt take it back, because it was an electrical part.
