I recently upgraded to a 40D and new lens so my old Canon 20D digital SLR with Canon EF-S 17-85mm Lens is for sale. The camera is in perfects shape and meticulously maintained with about 4000 shutter actuations. The lens dose have a few specks of dust in between the elements, this particular lens did have an issue with environmental sealing.
