Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the creation and development of automated manufacturing and process machinery design and build. This is a lead technical role that works closely with and provides direction to a team of experienced engineers, technicians, mechanics and machine operators.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in engineering.
Minimum of eight years experience in the design, assembly and development of automation and process control equipment.
In-depth knowledge and experience with PLC control system programming and debug.

Yoh National Accounts has an opening for an Engineering Specialist in Rochester, NY for an international communications and information technology company. This is a temporary assignment of approximately one year.
Description:
Electronic and Engineering Technicians are responsible for performing functions associated with manufacturing operations in either laboratory or manufacturing settings. The candidate will conduct tests on RF and digital assemblies/subassemblies using assorted test equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, network analyzers, digital voltmeters), technical databases and electronic schematic diagrams to isolate and troubleshoot printed circuit board (PCB) malfunctions to the component level.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with minimum 4 years electronics working experience required, Associates Degree in Electronics with 2 years electronics working experience required, OR Current (3rd yr) or Recent college graduates.
- Must be able to troubleshoot to component level on radio communication equipment.
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift Monday thru Thursday - 3:00 pm to 1:30 am or possibly 3:30 pm to 2:00 am
3rd Shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
4th Shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 pm to 6:30 am

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from accredited program. Minimum 7 years related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience). Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments. Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered. Previous consulting experience preferred. Professional Engineer.
MUST HAVE BPI CERTIFICATION. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Must have at least one year experience in conducting energy audits. Knowledge and experience with Weatherization Programs is desirable but not necessary. Must have demonstrated ability to interpret state and federal conservation guidelines. Good mathematical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to record audit findings accurately required. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

Energy Engineer
An Energy Engineer is responsible for the delivery and execution of our professional energy services tasks. The qualified candidate must have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of professional experience employed in a staff or intern position in the building design or construction industry. The applicant must have a solid working knowledge of energy modeling software, such as eQuest, and building systems such as; pumps, fans, motors, fluid dynamics, heat absorbers, chillers, boilers, air ventilation balancing systems, VAV, Fan Design and other optimization techniques. The candidate should also have experience with LEED projects, especially in the Energy and Atmosphere credits. This candidate must be working for their EIT in the near future and any other Certification that comes with the gaining experience. LEED AP very desirable. Trade association participation a plus.
