I am selling my 1998 Chevy Venture LS. It is silver and has the extended wheel base. It doesn't start and I don't need it bad enough to put the time and effort into fixing it. I am selling it as is considering I have no idea what is wrong with it. I do know that the battery is ok and that the transmission was replaced about 2 years ago. Tires are in good condition and have roughly 2,000 miles on them. It has 84,500 miles on it. It has minor rusting on the rocker panels and some scratches and small dents but nothing too bad. I would like $2000 for it but I really want it gone before winter so I am accepting reasonable offers. I can not transport it so you will have to arrange for it to be towed to your location.

I was using it as a winter vehicle but I got another so thats why I'm getting rid of it. Currently on the road and driving back and forth to Abany every day. In the past year I have put new brakes in the front and back, new muffler, new oil pan, new rear shocks, sway bar bushings and front caliper. The only thing it needs is leaf springs, they are worn and it sags a little in the back. Also the exhaust rattles a bit... Dosn't hurt anything, still drives just fine. ABS light is on, just needs a sensor or drive as is with regular brakes, that is what I have done for years.. Just had it inspected yesterday, so it is good till December 2010. I noticed a small leak that appears to be coolant. I think this Legacy may need a water pump or radiator hose in the near future. It does not overheat and has never been overheated. The car has 2 new all season front tires. Receipt in glove box. Radio doesn't work and A/C needs a recharge but everything else is OK. Power windows, steering, brakes, mirrors, rear defrost, AWD, cruise control, ABS brakes and more! All lights, heater, horn & electrics work.
