We need three people to start ASAP as Call Center Reps. This is not a telemarketing job. You will be acting as a liason between Techs and the Customers, helping to schedule and confirm appointments, and taking incoming calls. You will be wearing a headset and working on a phone cue.
The position is 10:30am to 8pm with a 1 hour lunch. This position is 4 days a week on a rotating schedule, meaning you must be available to work all 7 days and will be given your days off for that week one week in advance.
A working knowledge of Excel is needed and a positive, professional phone manner.
This is a long term position which could go permanant.
