This is the coolest looking scooter with blue flame graphics. The multi-sport helmet is metallic red and silver and it also has the cool flame graphics on it.
It is made by Bell Helmets for Hot Wheels. Fits head sizes 20 to 21-1/4 inches. CPSC certified and conforms to ASTM-1492.
Safety pads are black and have red Hot Wheels logo on them. They are for elbows and knees.
