Exterior – Maintenance-free stone patio, concrete front patio, stone on the entire front of the house, two-car-garage, Direct TV satellite dish on the roof, driveway fits four cars, on street parking permitted.
Storage:
This is great for juniors who rent for two years. They can store their stuff in the basement all summer at no cost to them.
Summer rental option: (Skidmore)

Rental Fees:
You pay $600 per bedroom and we pay all of your bills with the exception of Niagara Mohawk for your gas-electric. We will take care of the following:
1. All landscaping on the property
2. Snow plowing of the driveway
3. Direct T.V. (excluding extras like sports packages and but would be more than willing to have that provided if the tenants are willing to pay for it.)
4. That Direct T.V. is in the living room on a 50 inch flat screen TV (Hi Def) and in every single bedroom throughout the house on smaller televisions.
5. Hi-Speed Internet will be paid for – All you need to do is provide your own router if you wish to have the hi-speed throughout the house.
