I am subleasing my apartment at the New Elouise. It is available to start renting December 1st. It has 1 large bedroom and closet, a large living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. It also has hardwood floors throughout and updated appliances. The lease goes until July 1st, 2010, but can be extended longer if wanted through the New Elouise. Rent is $800 a month, which includes your heating gas.
