Great location - a short walk to supermarket/shopping plaza, only a 7 minute drive to the State Office campus or SUNY and 10 minute drive to downtown Albany. The apt features built in cabinets, hardwood floors, full bath, new kitchen cabinets/countertop and off street parking. There is one larger bedroom with big windows and a smaller second bedroom most often used as an office or storage room by past tenants. Given the size of the second bedroom, the apt is best suited for a single, couple, student or couple/single with child. The house is in an area of fine homes and has 3 apts total (2 occupied by professional adults).
Tenant is responsible for utilities (gas hot water heat); Landlord provides garbage removal & snowplowing. Lease, security & references required. No drugs/drama/smokers/pets. I am not a Section 8 housing vendor at this time.
