I have a 1 bedroom, 2 bath spacious bottom floor luxury apartment available for Sublet on December 1st. The potential resident would have to maintain the apartment at the current rate until October 2010, or could take over the lease on their own.
It is located at the Hudson Preserve Apartment complex off of Troy Schenectady Road. Great location off a main street, but a very private setting. All residents have private entrances, and my particular apartment has the perfect backyard area, especially for a dog.
Rent includes Basic Cable!
